Cornelius Francois Groen began his professional career in Amsterdam before relocating to Mallorca in 1985, where he became deeply connected to the Mediterranean lifestyle and culture. Through years of collaboration with renowned architects, construction companies, and international investors, he established himself as a respected project developer within the high-end property market.
Since the 1990s, Cornelius has been involved in the development and management of more than 160 exclusive residential projects, ranging from luxury villas and beachfront apartments to large-scale private developments for international clients and investors. His work has included collaborations with leading architects and builders responsible for some of the most prestigious properties in Mallorca.
